Russian Adoption Agency: Cradle of Hope Adoption Center
Cradle of Hope is a licensed, nonprofit adoption agency founded in 1990 by adoptive parents. Cradle of Hope has placed more than 2,500 children from the former Soviet Union, Eastern Europe, China, and Latin America, approximately 15 to 20 children a month from Russia.
Cradle of Hope Adoption Center was accredited by the the Government of the Russian Federation on September 6, 2000. They were among the first five to receive accreditation.
