Regulations of the Ministry of Ukraine for Family, Children, and Youth
1. To ratify the Regulations of the Ministry of Ukraine for Family, Children, and Youth (attached).


2. To the Cabinet of the Ministers of Ukraine within three month period:

to draft a Bill on amendments to legislative acts of Ukraine regarding children guardianship (care) and adoption matters reauthorization between education administrating authorities and the Ministry of Ukraine for Family, Children, and Youth, and to assign these authorities to the Ministry of Ukraine for Family, Children, and Youth;

to bring it╥s resolutions in compliance with this Decree.


3. To cease to be in force the following Acts:

The Decree of the President of Ukraine #340 (340/2002) of April 15, 2002 About State Committee of Ukraine for Family and Youth

The Decree of the President of Ukraine #7 (7/2003) of January 9, 2003 About entering an Amendment to Section 4 of the Regulations on the State Committee of Ukraine for Family and Youth.
